1. Scope
This Policy applies to information processed through GameClip AI, including player profiles, baseball videos, clip organization, AI-assisted analysis, recruiting and social-media export tools, team or coach collaboration, cloud features, support requests, and our website.
It does not govern the independent privacy practices of Apple or other third parties whose services you choose to use. Their own policies apply to information they process independently.
2. Information we collect

Information about other people
If you create a profile, record a video, invite a coach, or otherwise provide information about someone else, you represent that you have authority and all permissions required to do so. Please provide only information needed for the intended baseball-related purpose.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- Create and secure accounts and authenticate users.
- Record, organize, trim, store, back up, synchronize, compare, and export clips at your direction.
- Create and manage player, team, coach, recruiter, and organization features.
- Provide AI-assisted video analysis and generate requested feedback, tags, captions, overlays, or exports.
- Verify subscriptions and provide Free, Pro, Team, or Recruit Pro features.
- Respond to support requests and communicate about service, safety, or policy changes.
- Detect fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms of Use.
- Debug, maintain, analyze, and improve the service, including through aggregated or de-identified information.
- Comply with law, enforce agreements, and protect users, players, Mimble, and others.
Where required by law, we rely on an appropriate legal basis such as performing our contract with you, your consent, compliance with legal obligations, or our legitimate interests in operating and protecting GameClip AI.
4. AI video analysis
When you use an AI feature, the selected clip and associated information—or frames, audio, metadata, or other content derived from it—may be transmitted to our AI service provider, including OpenAI, so the requested analysis can be generated.
AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular player. It is informational and is not a substitute for qualified coaching, medical advice, injury evaluation, scouting judgment, or recruiting decisions. Do not submit sensitive information that is not needed for the analysis.
5. How we share information
We may disclose information in the following circumstances:
- At your direction. With coaches, team members, recruiters, social platforms, cloud destinations, or other recipients you select. Your chosen recipient may save or further share the content under its own rules.
- Service providers. With companies that support authentication, cloud hosting and storage, AI processing, diagnostics, communications, website hosting, and customer support. Depending on the features used, these providers may include Apple, Google/Firebase, and OpenAI.
- Team or organization administrators. If your account or content is associated with a team or organization, authorized administrators may be able to manage access and view content consistent with the applicable plan and permissions.
- Legal and safety reasons. When reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful process, enforce our agreements, investigate abuse, or protect rights, safety, and security.
- Business transactions. In connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal safeguards.
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not use player videos or youth-player information for third-party behavioral advertising.
6. Children and youth players
GameClip AI is built for baseball communities and may contain videos or profiles of youth players. Accounts are not intended to be independently created or managed by children under 13. A parent, legal guardian, coach, team, or organization that creates or manages content involving a minor must have authority and any legally required consent to do so.
Users who are at least 13 but under the age of legal majority may use GameClip AI only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. Coaches, teams, recruiters, and organizations are responsible for following applicable youth-sports, school, league, recording, safeguarding, and privacy requirements.
A parent or guardian may contact us to ask whether we maintain personal information concerning a child, request access to or deletion of that information, revoke consent, or ask us to stop further collection. We will take reasonable steps to verify the requester’s identity and authority before acting.
If we learn that a child under 13 created an account or directly submitted personal information without required parental authorization, we will take appropriate steps to delete the information and close or restrict the account.
7. Your choices and privacy rights
- Permissions: Manage camera, microphone, photo, and notification access in iOS Settings.
- Content: Delete eligible clips, profiles, or other content using available in-app controls.
- Account deletion: Initiate deletion through the in-app account settings when available, or submit a request through our website contact form.
- Subscriptions: View, cancel, or change an auto-renewable subscription through your Apple ID subscription settings.
- Communications: Follow unsubscribe instructions for optional marketing messages. We may still send essential service or security notices.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection; withdraw consent; or appeal a privacy-request decision. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a privacy regulator. We may verify your identity and authority, and legal exceptions may apply.
Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
8. Data retention, transfers, and security
Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide GameClip AI, maintain your account, complete the purposes described in this Policy, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or safety obligations. Retention depends on the type of information, the feature used, your settings, and whether deletion has been requested. Deleted information may remain for a limited period in backups or where retention is legally required.
International processing
Mimble is based in the United States. We and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries that may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Protect your account credentials and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
9. Third-party services and links
GameClip AI may link to or interoperate with Apple, social networks, cloud-storage providers, recruiting destinations, and other third-party services. When you direct us to send information to a third party or leave GameClip AI, that third party’s terms and privacy policy apply. We are not responsible for independent third-party practices.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy as GameClip AI changes. We will post the revised Policy with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required by law. If a change materially affects how previously collected information is used, we will seek consent when legally required.
